学院简介
中山大学马克思主义学院主要承担全校思想政治理论课教学、研究和马克思主义理论学科建设。中山大学具有悠久的马克思主义理论传播和研究历史。建校之初，李达、王亚南等著名的马克思主义理论家就与中山大学结下不解之缘。新中国诞生以后，中山大学是全国率先开设马克思主义理论课的院校之一。刘嵘、夏书章等著名教授都主讲过马克思主义理论课。改革开放以后，在郑永廷、张孝宜、李萍、钟明华、李辉等学者的带领下，中山大学马克思主义学院快速发展。1998年获得马克思主义理论与思想政治教育二级学科博士点，2006年获批全国首批马克思主义理论一级学科博士点，2007年获得马克思主义理论一级学科博士后流动站。2001年马克思主义理论与思想政治教育学科被评为第一批国家重点学科，2007年思想政治教育学科被评为第二批国家重点学科，马克思主义基本原理被评为国家重点培育学科。2007年在全国马克思主义理论学科排名中位居第三，2012年并列第五。2017年在全国第四轮学科评估中，马克思主义理论学科获a。2017年获批第二批全国重点马克思主义学院。
师资力量
学院目前有专任教师58人，其中教授16人，副教授26人，高级讲师1人，助理教授7人，专任教员5人，讲师3人，具有博士学位的教师占90%以上；博士生导师23人，硕士生导师38人。拥有“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选1人、省级培养对象2人；入选“全国高校优秀青年思想政治理论课教师择优资助计划”3人；广东省委宣传部“十百千”工程人才培养对象4人；国家级教学名师1人、全国“两课”优秀教师1人、教育部“高校思想政治理论课教师年度影响力人物”4人；广东省“两课”优秀教师3人；南粤优秀教师5人；广东省高校思想政治理论课名师2人、广东省高校思想政治理论课骨干教师培养对象1人，入选“广东省教育厅百名优秀德育教师”2人；教育部教学指导委员会委员2人。

二、招聘条件
(一)基本要求
中共党员；学风端正，高度敬业；乐教爱教，具有承担本科专业基础课或专业核心课程教学的能力；善于协作，具有国际合作与交流能力。
(二)岗位要求
1.马克思主义学院“百人计划”引进人才岗位
（1）第一类别领军人才。不超过50周岁，达到“国家高级人才计划”入选者条件，或在海内外具有重要影响力学术地位和学术水平与此相当，或在人文社会科学领域具有卓越学术成就。
（2）第二类别中青年杰出人才。不超过43周岁，达到“国家高级人才计划”入选者条件或相当学术水平。
（3）第三类别青年学术骨干。不超过38周岁，具有活跃的创新思维、较强的创新能力和较大的发展潜力，取得高水平、创新性的专业成就。
2.马克思主义学院助理教授岗位
年龄在35周岁以下，具备较高的学术水平和较强的科研能力的海内外知名高校或研究机构的优秀博士后、博士（含应届博士毕业生）。应届博士毕业生应提交2项以上博士期间在相关学科领域发表的具有较高学术价值的代表性成果。
3.马克思主义学院专职科研系列岗位
年龄在38周岁以下，具备较高的学术水平和较强的科研能力的海内外优秀博士后、博士。
4.马克思主义学院博士后研究人员岗位
年龄在35周岁以下，毕业年限不超过两年，具备较高的学术水平和较强的科研能力的海内外优秀博士。
