Job Responsibilities
· Business Analysis:
Participate in defining business systems requirements together, with customer experience, Sales and IT teams relating to FedEx customer onboarding applications
Perform competitive benchmarking against our competition in various markets and be able to propose and brainstorm right digital tools that will enhance customer experience and bring revenue
Ensure system security is maintained and suitable corporate FedEx security standards are met
Gather, document, and maintain business requirements and provide assistance and guidance to internal and external users once the system solutions are ready
