职位：早研高级科学家
职责概要：
硕士学历或博士学历；
要求大分子项目的早研经验（融合蛋白、抗体项目）。不只是活性研究，还涉及到早研机制的研究，细胞和分子的机制，靶点识别验证等。
要求做【免疫细胞】相关的【早研】【体外assay】免疫学方法、生物学功能实验开发。discovery阶段的实验研究工作。不需要单一的生物活性分析背景的，不需要只有临床前药理药效的，不需要CMC阶段的工作。
要求的项目类别肿瘤、自身性免疫疾病，大分子大分子。
实验技能：
1. Hands-on experience in designing and executing immunological methods such as ELISA, FACS, Western or other cell-based binding assays.
2. Experienced in protein and cell based biological function assays such as receptor binding assay, reporter assay, cell proliferation assay, cytokine releasing assay, etc.
