Job summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a DQE located in Dongguan.

What a typical day looks like:
61Develop Test Schedule according to Test Plan, complete all tests and write test reports within the specified time in strict accordance with the requirements.
61Build relevant test platform and develop test specification SOP.
61Master problem management, problem tracking, and be able to analyze the defects with relevant metrics.
61Work closely with cross-function teams to drive and execute product qualification and failure analysis.
61Other assistance matters assigned by superior leaders.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics, machinery, mechanics or related majors.
614 years of experience in reliability testing in large-scale semiconductor companies, including mechanical, environmental, chemical, and power test, with power supply experience is preferred.
61Ability to plan reliability test and analyze test data.
61Clear logical thinking, good communication skills and stress resistance, with English listening, reading and writing skills.
61Proficient in the use of reliability analysis software JMP/Weibull .
61Familiar with domestic and international reliability standards.
61Team player and good ability in multi-tasks.
