61 Reporting directly to the Retail and Marketing Creative Senior Manager, you will be responsible for working within the APAC Creative team to bring brand, retail and marketing strategies to life through engaging and impactful creative executions.
61 Drive creative concepts, design graphic layouts, craft compelling stories, produce videos and animations, and create social media content.
61 Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials, across both licensed and owned and operated channels.
61 Collaborates with cross functional teams and stakeholders to find creative solutions according to strategic briefs and target consumer positioning.
61 Responsible for the design development of retail and marketing 2D signage and visuals, 3D spatial designs and brand toolkits.
61 Responsible for creative development of presentational material for APAC DCP key events.
61 Responsible for timely retail and marketing design review and approvals, interfacing with and finding innovative retail design solutions for our licensees’ various retail scope and formats including flagship stores, shop in shops, pop ups and retail corners, as well as for our owned and operated stores.
61 Manage creative asset development with external artists and agencies.
61 Partake in the creation of Retail and Marketing creative visions for brand and key initiatives.
61 Develop brand knowledge quickly across all Disney brands, with a focus on Natgeo.
Qualifications
61 A minimum of 6 years working experience in a Brand-side enterprise or Retail Marketing design agency, architectural firm, or in the Creative design department of consumer products companies.
61 A minimum of 3 years working experience in the Design Management role.
61 Ability to work independently on design projects.
61 Ability to lead creative briefings with internal design teams and external design agencies.
61 Ability to research and identify relevant market trends and translate understanding of the competitive market, consumers, tech, and retail trends into creative solutions.
61 Ability to develop story-telling concepts and 2D, 3D mock-ups, to 3D renderings.
61 Strong working knowledge in graphic and 2D design for retail signage, key visuals and presentational decks.
61 Ability to convey design concepts in clear point of view moodboards.
61 Ability to effectively present and communicate creative ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
