Job Title: TDE ｜ Senior Hardware Engineer - OBC and DCDC

Your Responsibilities:
OBC/DCDC hardware development according to VW development processes, ISO 26262
and ASPICE.Responsible for concept design, schematic design, simulation, PCB
layout/review, and prototyping to meet performance, efficiency, and safety
requirements.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. firmware engineers,
power electronics specialists, vehicle integration engineers) to ensure
seamless integration of OBC and DC-DC hardware components into the electric
vehicle platform.Continuously optimize the performance of OBC and DC-DC
hardware components.Develop test plans and procedures for hardware validation
and qualification.Ensure compliance with relevant automotive industry standards
and regulations, coordinate with regulatory agencies and certification bodies
as needed.Prepare detailed design documentation to support manufacturing,
assembly, and servicing of OBC and DC-DC hardware components.Identify potential
risks associated with hardware design and implementation such as component
obsolescence, search and approve substitute component.Mentor junior engineers.
