Major Responsibilities:
1. Run material requirement planning (MRP)
2. Release delivery-order/purchase-order to the suppliers. Track the confirmation and shipment. Expedite/de-expedite orders, to cope with the changes of production schedule and the customer requirement
3. Monitor and report supplier delivery performance and take pro-active steps to ensure on time delivery. Manage supplier pull system when required
4. Support assessing the sales order with respect to material availability
5. Support lean principles by update the PFEP database, initiatives of MCIP and inventory reduction, and DMS implementation
6. Projects as assigned by manager

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
2. Excellent English. Good communication skills
3. 3 years experiences in: production planning and control, MRP, pull system, Inventory management,.
4. Strong PC and systems skilled
5. Good analytical and problem solver skills.
6. Organized and disciplined.
