Job Title: Module Level Power Chip Evaluation

Your Responsibilities:
1. Evaluation Testing: Conduct evaluation tests on module level power chips
according to AEC-Q101, JEDEC, and AQG324 standards to ensure they meet
performance, quality, and reliability requirements.
2. Data Analysis: Analyze evaluation test data to identify potential issues
or areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
3. Documentation: Prepare detailed evaluation reports and documentation,
including test procedures, results, and conclusions, for internal and external
stakeholders.
4. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to
establish and maintain quality control processes for module level power chips.
5. Specification Review: Review and analyze power chip specifications from
suppliers to ensure they meet AEC-Q101, JEDEC, and AQG324 requirements.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best
practices for module level power chip evaluation and recommend process
improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Cross-Functional
Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as design, manufacturing,
and quality, to ensure a smooth transition from design to production for module

Our Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, materials science, or a
related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in power semiconductor (SiC, GaN, IGBT etc.)
3. Thorough understanding of AEC-Q101, JEDEC, and AQG324 standards and
specifications.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to
effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
7. Familiarity with module level power chip manufacturing processes and
quality control methods.
