工作职责:
1. Perform laboratory tests following existed SOP.
2. Create / update SOP following the CAP, CLIA regulations.
3. Work with Project Manager to assist the project management, including but not limited to TCs, Testing, Write plan and/or report.
4. Master the operation, maintenance and maintenance of the instrument / equipment.
5. Be familiar with for receiving specimens, and inputting specimen information into LIMS system;
6. Other tasks assigned by general supervisor.
1. 按照现有的SOP进行实验操作及检查。

3. 与其他团队合作验证检测项目，以协助项目管理。
4、熟悉接收试样，并将试样信息输入LIMS系统。
5. 查看实验项目日志，记录和患者结果。
6. 与项目经理合作协助项目管理，包括但不限于TC，测试，编写计划和/或报告。
7. 上级安排的其他工作任务。
任职资格:
1. The Medical technologists must have earned a bachelor's degree or above in a medical technology. biological biotechnical or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution.
2. Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, good team work spirit and communication skills.
3. Familiar with Office, Excel and other Office software.
4. English: Proficient in reading and writing.
1. 本科及以上学历，医学检验、生物化学、生物生物技术或临床医学专业，取得医学检验师/士或以上证书者优先；两年以上临床实验室工作经验优先。
2. 有上进心，责任心强，良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
3. 熟悉Office、Excel等办公软件。
4. 英语阅读和书面良好。
