Job Title: TDT ｜ Mechanical System Test -E-drive Validation Test Management
Division/Department: Technical Development Testing
Location: Tianjin
Your Responsibilities:
* Management of all testing activities (incl. test plan, timeline, cost, test
release, etc.) in E-drive development project.
* Define testing plan according to technical requirement, project milestone,
test resource and etc.
* Define validation testing scope based on technical requirement, standards,
D-FEMA and experience of test experts in the team.
* Representing of testing team participate the technical evaluation process
with design, prototype production and project team.
* Representing of testing team participate the development release activities
(D-FEMA, Design freeze, Product release, etc.)
* Organize test engineers in team for technical discussion, test report
review, test release, test resource optimization. Etc.
* As key communication interface to customers, design team, project team,
development teams in other VW entities and etc.
Your Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering/automotive
engineering / mechatronic engineering, etc.
* Language: English (mandatory),
* At least 3 years working experience in the field of E-drive validation
testing
* At least 1 years project management experience.
* Familiar with E-motor design validation, manufacture process and material.
* Good communication skills.
* Good Integration and coordination capacity.
