Job Title: TDE5 | Power Module Mechanical Design
Division/Department: CCO_Technical Development
Location: Tianjin
Key tasks:
1. Responsible for the design of power module coolant channels, including but
not limited to SSC(single side cooling) and DSC(double side cooling), etc.
2. Responsible for designing the PINFIN structure to meet the required
pressure drop and heat dissipation requirements of the product.
3. Responsible for designing the mechanical structure based on the external
dimensions required by the power module product and the position of the signal
PIN, including dimension chain analysis, etc.
4. Responsible for proposing specifications for mechanical structural
components of power modules, drawing 2D/3D drawings, and managing versions.
5. Responsible for vibration simulation of the mechanical structure of the
power module to confirm whether it can meet customer needs.
Qualification and skills:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, materials science and
engineering, electrical engineering, and related majors.
2. 3-5 years or more of work experience in power modules or related fields,
with priority given to those with experience in silicon carbide power modules.
3. Familiar with the design principles and manufacturing processes of power
modules, understand the characteristics and application scenarios of silicon
carbide devices.
4. Proficient in using relevant design software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks,
Creo, etc.
5. Having good teamwork and communication skills, able to withstand work
pressure.
6. CET-4/6, with good English communication skills, able to meet work meeting
communication and work reports, and German proficiency is the best.
