Description(TheRole)
●Receive, plan, coordinate, and assign design efforts for self and other design team members./为自己和其他设计团队成员接收、计划、协调和分配设计工作
●Coordinate with the marketing, sourcing, estimation and project management departments./与营销、采购、估算和项目管理部门协调
●Develop projects trough creative concepts to completion./通过创意概念开发项目直至完成

●Client presentation and negotiations with pitch team, adding creative value and edge./与销售团队进行客户演示和谈判，增加创意价值和优势
●Work directly with senior management to develop major business initiatives./直接与高级管理层合作制定主要的业务计划
●Mentor, manage, and provide leadership to all members of the design team by improving the team’s interior design capabilities, and technical expertise./通过提高团队的室内设计能力和技术专长，指导、管理和领导设计团队的所有成员
●Coordinate all phases of the design process with the sales department and the client, participating in design presentations and working with the customer to develop final approved plans./与销售部门和客户协调设计过程的所有阶段，参与设计演示并与客户一起制定最终批准的计划
●Develop proposed solutions related to Space Planning, Interior and Furniture designin or dertore commend the best alternatives and/or solutions per project./制定与空间规划、室内和家具设计相关的建议解决方案，以便为每个项目推荐优秀代方案和/或解决方案

Qualifications(TheCandidate)
●Bachelor degree or above in environmental art, interior design, architectural design/环境艺术、室内设计、建筑设计相关本科及以上学历.
●You are an Interior Designer with excellent presentation skills with a minimum of 7 years of experience./有7年的相关工作经验
●You have relevant experience of working on Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects./有企业室内/工作场所设计项目的相关经验
●You are proficient in SketchUp, Enscape/熟练使用SketchUp、Enscape
●You have a strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution./有很强的设计敏感度和技术能力，能将项目从概念发展到执行
●You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile/有团队合作精神，积极进取
●Travel according to project situation/根据项目实际情况出差
●Fluent English in spoken and written/英语可作工作语言，尤其口语
