Job responsibility:
1. Strategic planning: Based on the company's overall strategy and market trends, developed and implemented the annual digital marketing plan and budget in China to ensure that marketing activities were closely aligned with the target market.
2. Project management: Implement the annual marketing plan by managing and optimizing various digital marketing channels (such as social media, search engines, content platforms, etc.), improve project ROI and expand brand influence.
3. Content Marketing: Lead third-party content creation teams, develop content strategies, produce high quality, engaging content, and enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
4. Data analysis: Use data analysis tools to track the effect of marketing activities, conduct data analysis and report, provide data support for decision-making, and continuously optimize marketing strategies.
5. Team collaboration: Cross-departmental collaboration, close cooperation with product, sales, customer service and other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing activities and maximize results.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, advertising, media or related.
2. At least 6 years working experience in digital marketing
3. Proficient in the full link of digital marketing, have a deep understanding and practical experience in social media marketing (such as wechat, Weibo, Douyin, XiaoHongshu, etc.), content marketing, data analysis, etc.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, excellent communication and coordination skills and project management skills.
5. Good bilingual skills in Chinese and English, able to communicate internationally without barriers.

2. 项目管理:通过管理并优化各类数字营销渠道(如社交媒体、搜索引擎、内容平台等)落实年度营销计划,提升项目ROI,扩大品牌影响力。
3. 内容营销:领导第三方内容创作团队,制定内容策略,生产高质量、有吸引力的内容,增强用户粘性和转化率。
4. 数据分析:运用数据分析工具,跟踪营销活动效果,进行数据分析与报告,为决策提供数据支持,并持续优化营销策略。
5. 团队协作:跨部门协作,与产品、销售、客户服务等部门紧密配合,确保营销活动的顺利执行与成果最优。
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、广告、传媒或相关专业背景。
2. 至少6年以上数字营销相关工作经验
3. 精通数字营销全链路,对社交媒体营销(如微信、微博、抖音、小红书等)、内容营销、数据分析等有深刻理解及实战经验。
4. 强烈的责任心和团队合作精神,优秀的沟通协调能力和项目管理能力。
5. 良好的中英文双语能力,能够无障碍地进行国际沟通。
