职责： 1. 协助产品经理进行市场调研，收集了解最新的面料趋势和技术。 2. 根据公司自主产品开发计划或针对特定客户的定向开发计划，与供应商或内部同事密切合作，跟进面料的开发进度。确保所有进度和潜在问题都能得到及时的反馈，以便开发方向做出相应调整。 3. 协助进行面料测试，包括功能性及物理性能。整合归档测试报告。 4. 记录及维护面料基本信息，价格，协助建立样品库，安排开发码样和挂卡。 5. 协助解决开发与大货的品质问题。 6. 完成上级交代的其他临时任务。 要求： 1. 纺织或相关领域的学士学位。 2. 2年以上紡織相關工作经验，优先考虑具有面料開發與防水透湿功能性面料开发或生产背景的应聘者。 3. 对面料、纺织品和纱线有深入的了解。 4. 良好的组织和时间管理技能，细心认真。 5. 英文流利 Responsibilities: 1. Assist the product manager in conducting market research, collecting latest fabric trends and technologies. 2. In accordance with the company's independent product development plan or targeted development plans for specific customers, work closely with suppliers or internal colleagues to follow up on the development progress of fabrics. Ensure that all progress and potential issues are promptly reported so that adjustments can be made to the development direction. 3. Assist in fabric testing, including functionality and physical properties. Integrate and file test reports. 4. Record and maintain basic information about fabrics, prices, assist in establishing a sample library, arrange for the development of sample codes and hang cards. 5. Assist in resolving quality issues between development and bulk production. 6. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in textiles or related fields. 2. More than 2 years of experience in fabric development, candidates with a background in the development or production of waterproof breathable functional fabrics will be given priority. 3. In-depth understanding of fabrics, textiles, and yarns. 4. Good organizational and time management skills, meticulous and serious. 5. Fluent in English.
