Responsibilities: Work with plant to ensure 100% compliance on EHS regulations/laws. Lead to set annual plant EHS KPI and conduct monthly KPI assessment. At the same time to do gap analysis and provide improvement suggestions. Be responsible for ensuring EHS programs, such as no fly zone, High potential exposure, critical control, fatality prevention audit, BPS, etc., are established, implemented and maintained properly in plant. Develop annual EHS working plan and follow up for ensuring full implementation. Maintain and update emergency procedures, arrange trainings and drills to ensure good capability of emergency response. Support plant EHS committee to run healthily. Routinely review activities of EHS committee and ensure they have positive impact to plant organization on EHS culture. Keep good communication with government authorities and maintain good relationship as well. Support and analysis accident investigation, root cause analysis, risk assessment, etc. KPIs: Zero fatality
