职责描述:
CA(Controls Assurance) is principally comprised of Control Testing Utilities (CTUs) executing this assurance work. These CTUs are principally based in Global Service Centres within India, China and Poland, and are staffed with assurance specialists with expertise across the range of risks being covered.
Principal responsibilities
1. Supporting planning of comprehensive, robust and commercially considerate testing plans, and agreeing this with the relevant Risk Stewards, peer assurance teams and framework teams.
2. Understanding the practical application of business processes and control activities, to develop and configure test scripts, and applying these test scripts to test the design, operation, recording and monitoring of these areas.
3. Continuously assessing the control testing framework by developing and implementing innovative approaches to CA testing and reviews with the support from Analytics and Automation team.
4. Executing the plan, ensuring that testing is accurate, effective and abides by CA procedures and templates, and meets quality control requirements.
5. Driving a high performance and supportive culture in the teams, energising staff by creating opportunities and developing capabilities, promoting the highest standards and celebrating success, supporting employee well-being, and collaborating to innovate.
6. Delivery of reviews, setting ambitious targets and using experience/ knowledge to intervene and redirect testing as required, resolving escalations when they arise.
7. Supporting management of GSC stakeholders and collaborating with other Risk and 8. Compliance functions, in the regions and/or at a global level, to ensure the effective delivery of the assurance.
9. Participating in the CA team forums, helping drive cross-team initiatives, including feeding into people initiatives, procedures, templates, MI and training requirements, to continuously improve the operating effectiveness of the division globally.
任职要求:
1. At least 4-6 years proven experience in financial services compliance, testing, audit and/or legal management experience or equivalent. Experience in planning and credit risk management is preferable.
2. Understanding of banking financial and non-financial risks, including credit risk, and the aptitude to learn about new and emerging risk types.
3. An innovative and forward-thinking mindset, and a proven ability to question, evaluate, and improve existing business processes and adequacy of information.
4. Experience working with a global team and creating and working to global standards of quality.
5. Proven organisational, planning, interpersonal, managerial, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and team building skills.
6. Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively and proven ability to meet challenging deadlines.
7. Ability to exercise discretion, work independently within broad guidelines, tactfully handle sensitive and confidential data and complete assignments timely.
8. Project and/or change management skills is advantageous.
9. Experience utilising assurance automation and analytics tools, and data manipulation, is advantageous.
10. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field such as business, finance, law, IT or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
11. Fluent in both oral and written English.
12. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
