负责项目HSE管理，检查，监管和其他现场施工的事宜，确保及时采取措施排除隐患完成安全主管分配的任务，协助主管完成工作。 Responsible for HSE management, inspection, monitoring and other function service on the construction site, ensure to take solution action for hazards and HSE issue timely, obey the assignment from HSE supervisor, assort HSE supervisor to complete the task. 1、负责项目HSE管理，检查，监管和其他现场工作 Responsible for project HSE management,inspection,monitoring and other function service on construction site 2、确保采取措施控制风险，及时上报主要风险 Ensure to take solution action for hazards or HSE issue,report major hazards timely 3、检查并监管关键作业或高风险作业 Inspect and monitor the critical high risk activity 4、与应急组一起参与应急演习，事故调查等 Participate in the activity that organized by ERT such as emergency rescue, drill, accident investigate and dispose ect. 5、参加HSE检查，编写风险跟踪报告并跟踪解决问题 Attend HSE inspection fillout hazards tracking report and follow up issues and actions 6、协助HSE主管开展HSE会议 Assort HSE supervisor to conduct HSE meeting and activity 7、参加班前会并指导施工人员安全作业 Attend Tool Box Talk and guide HSE work of construction crew 8、执行公司HSE体系，与国家法律法规一致 Comply with national laws and regulations, implement HSE system of company 岗位要求： 1、大专及以上 Junior College or above 2、安全，环境，海洋工程相关专业 Safety,Environment, Engineering, or related Safety, environment, project management, Oceaneering ect. 3、从事现场安全管理工作3年以上 3 years’ experience for cinstruction site HSE management 4、基本英语能力Basic English. 很强的组织计划性和人际交往能力；良好的人际沟通和交往能力 Strong organizational and prioritization skills, outstanding communication, interpersonal and coaching skills 能熟练使用马蜂盯标进行招标采购类信息查询
