职责描述： 1.开展直接及间接领域的改善型研讨会 Conduct improvement seminars in direct and indirect areas. 2.研讨会/目视化/5S工作的标准化 Workshop / visualization / standardization of 5S work. 3.开展KPS领域的员工培训 Conduct employee training in KPS field. 4.工作流程（SAB/MTM）标准化 Standardization of workflow (SAB / MTM). 5.检查康采恩标准的执行情况（5S状态检查） Check the implementation of Konzern standards (5S status check). 6.报告事宜（KVP/劳率/VBZ/HPU） Reporting matters (KVP / labor rate / VBz / HPU). 7.引入规范化建议管理 Introduce standardized suggestion management. 8.检查M@WEB措施库的内容质量 Check M@WEB Content quality measure Library. 9.开展项目相关的其他工作 Carry out other work related to the project. 任职要求： 1.学历：大学本科及以上 Education：Bachelor degree or above. 2.工作经验：5年以上相关工作经验 Work experience: At least 5 years related working experience 3.专业技能：能熟练使用办公软件,掌握精益生产、IE\MTM的理论和工作方法；主持、管理能力 Professional skills: Be able to skillfully use office software and master the theories and working methods of lean production and IE \ MTM; Hosting and management ability.
