JOB SUMMARY
Customer Success Management position is set up to support BD Commercial team
on Project Management during the commercial negotiation period and to make our customer successful in using any Perfect Service and to help our customer create value by using it.
Here are the key values and responsibilities for CSM:
1. Onboard new customers – Help new customer be familiar with Perfect Services and successfully deploy our services.
2. Follow up on renewal – Together with BD, help create loyal and repeated customers.
3. Encourage Upsell and Cross-sell – Increase customer life-time value by promoting our new services.
4. Build relationship – Help customers on any troubleshooting and make customer count on our CMS to be their best digital partner. 5. Be the voice of the customer
– Help bring customer voice (good and bad) to Perfect management for a better improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Responsible for SaaS project management, including but not limited to scheduling project timelines, executing, and testing projects, andproviding technical support services during project service period.
2. Configure AR parameters on various third-party platforms in China (such as Taobao, WeChat, Douyin, JD.com etc.), provide relevant technical introductions and training for brand clients, ISV, or agents and so on.
3. Support BD team to nurture and generate effective business opportunities, communicate technical requirements with potential and existing customers.
Work closely with BD team to complete feasibility study andevaluation;maintain good customer relationships.
4. Regularly track and analyze industry trends and competitors, be able to propose the product improvement / optimization suggestions.
5. Other tasks arranged by the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. A bachelor's degree or above in computer related majors is preferred.
2. Priority given to software / SaaS project management working experience in AI/AR from 2B business model for more than 2 years.
3. Interested in the beauty and fashion industry, willing to learn new
knowledge, able to quickly learn and master product knowledge and
applications.
