Responsibilities： Lead problem solving for customer complaints / field claims, coordinate Field Warranty analysis and systematically follow up corrective / preventive actions. Execute regular product audit and process audit/confirmation to drive value steam complying with guideline / standard /procedures. Act as expert of quality methods / tools (like, FMEA, 8D/PSS, SPC, etc.), driving team to use suitable quality method/tools for systematical problem solving and failure prevention. Define and implement suitable test plan to validate/verify relevant products / processes / components change
