Qualifications:
Lead Beijing facility team to provide facility and administrative support to 3 offices.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, reviewing, and
approving supply requisitions.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, Space
management, and equipment/furniture procurement and maintains.
Implements company policies and procedures, measuring results against standards, and
making necessary adjustments.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning staff, including building
maintenance, testing and inspections, building administration and contract management.
following up on work results.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing
information; identifying trends.
Maintains facility staff job results by coaching and counseling employees, conducting high
quality conversation with team members, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures,
analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Collaborates with global security to maintain and improve office health and safety standard.
Collaborates with HR team to establish a friendly and warm working environment.
Manager facility vendors to ensure high standard products and services.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in administration, business management or related majors is preferred.
More than five years of experience in office management, familiar with the administrative,
personnel and financial processes of multinational companies.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, able to handle multiple projects and stay
productive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at different levels and external partners.
Proficient in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related office software.
Fluent in English communication skills and able to handle international affairs and meetings.
Sensitive to detail, with excellent time management and decision-making skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and deal with unexpected events.
Ability to self-motivate and work in a fast-paced environment.
