职责描述: 疫情防控期间暂不安排应聘人员到公司参加现场面试，我司将统一安排线上测试和线上面试，届时将有HR与您联系，感谢您的理解！ Vetting is an important process for HSBC to confirm the candidate's identity, employment history and relevant qualifications with respect to the post for which they are applying; test their integrity in accordance with HSBC values; confirm that there are no legal or regulatory barriers to the Bank employing them. The vetting process also seeks to provide a level of assurance that an applicant’s background does not raise reasonable concerns that their employment would expose the Bank to unacceptable level of risk. 员工背景调查是汇丰银行确认候选人身份、工作经历和与其申请职位相关的资格的重要过程；确保其诚信和品格符合汇丰价值观； 确认银行聘用他们不存在法律或监管风险。 审查过程还寻求向候选人提供一定程度的保证，即候选人的背景不会引起银行对其合理的担忧，即他们的雇佣关系会使银行面临不可接受的风险水平。 1. Manage background screening of potential individuals and liaise with vendors for case completion. 2. Perform varying database searches and adhere to applicable discounting. 3. Execute fraud database searches and perform fact findings on any discrepancies and gather relevant supporting documents in accordance with record retention standards. 4. Identifies and escalates issues as appropriate 5. Be the point of contact for the Vendors, stakeholders for any case clarification, expedition and initial escalation. 6. Bachelor or above degree 2. Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word and Outlook 3. Interest in Investigation; Team player 4. Ability to speak and understand basic English, write email in English and have good conversational/ telephone skills 5. Ability to be flexible and willing to change along with changes in corporate and department objective in addition to recommending changes to assist in meeting these objective 6. Ability to learn quickly 7.
