职责描述： 1. 负责新工艺、新技术应用及推行工作； Responsible for the application and implementation of new process and technology; 2. 负责生产工艺优化和生产能力提升工作； Responsible for production process optimization and production capacity improvement 3. 负责生产成本管控及降低生产费用工作； Responsible for production cost control and production cost reduction 4. 负责设备开动效率及故障率的改善工作； Responsible for the improvement of equipment start-up efficiency and failure rate 5. 负责设备的生产能力及瓶颈工序的优化工作； Be responsible for the optimization of equipment capacity and bottleneck process 6. 负责生产现场的质量管理及改进工作 Responsible for quality management and improvement of production site 7. 负责现场的人员配置优化及改进工作； Responsible for the optimization and improvement of on-site staffing 8. 负责生产设备的维护及优化改进工作； Responsible for the maintenance and optimization of production equipment 9. 负责监督现场的工艺纪律执行工作； Supervise the implementation of process discipline on site 10. 负责车间隔离零件及废品管理工作； Responsible for the management of isolated parts and waste products in workshop 11. 负责现场的变化点管理及执行工作； Responsible for on-site change point management and implementation 12. 负责编制更新现场的工艺文件工作； Responsible for the preparation and update of on-site process documents 13. 负责线边物料的布局优化改善工作； Responsible for the optimization and improvement of the layout of line side materials 14. 负责生产BOM的编制及维护工作； Responsible for preparation and maintenance of BOM for production 15. 负责生产车间的应急保证方案的制定； Responsible for the formulation of emergency assurance plan for production workshop 16. 负责车间安全生产的持续改进工作； Responsible for continuous improvement of workshop safety production 17. 配合质保部组织开展现场审核工作； Cooperate with the quality assurance department to organize the on-site audit 18. 配合物流部参与供应商包装评审工作； Cooperate with logistics department to participate in supplier packaging review 19. 配合物流部参与零件试装评审工作； Cooperate with logistics department to participate in parts trial assembly review 任职要求： 1.学历及专业要求 Academic and major requirements： 全日制大学本科以上毕业学历，材料成型及控制工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、金属材料工程专业等相关专业毕业。 Bachelor degree or above, majored in material forming and control engineering, mechanical design and manufacturing and automation, metal material engineering or other related majors. 2.经验要求 Experience requirements： 2年以上的汽车制造业机械加工类实际或管理工作经验。 More than 2 years of actual or managerial work experience in mechanical processing in the automobile manufacturing industry. 3.特殊技能要求 Special skills requirements： 熟练掌握CAD/CATIA/PROE/UG等加工设计软件Proficient in CAD / CATIA / PROE / UG and other processing design software 4.计算机操作要求 Computer operating requirements： Word/Excel/PPT操作熟练。 Proficient in word / Excel / ppt
