Job Title: Component Technology Spindle and Fixtures Engineer
Division/Department: Production DQ/ Plant Service Department
Location: Tianjin

Your Responsibilities:
* Daily Fixture Repair work organization.
* Support mechanical maintenance team, Fixture Issues on machine analyses and
provide measures.
* Fixture optimization for new process.
* Support TPM team, make regular maintenance plan of Fixture on machine.
* Technical communication with fixture supplier for Issues and spare parts
problems.
* Support and supervise the TPW workshop with the spindle and fixture
maintenance, repair and revamping;
Our Qualification:
* Education: Bachelor Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major
in Mechanical Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
* English or German proficient
* 5 years' work experience in mechanic machining repair field
* Develop and Implement preventive and predictive maintenance measures to
ensure the performance and lifetime of the items:
* Getting familiar with the technology and working process of all kinds of
fixtures being used at ATJ;
* Basic Software knowledge
* Fulfillment of Expert concept requirements. Develop and conduct relevant
trainings for TPW and cross-department engineers and technician
* Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
* Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if
something goes wrong.
