Position Summary:
负责真空包装行业真空泵及系统的销售;维护客户关系,解答客户咨询,开拓新客户。
Responsible for the sales of products and Systems in Vacuum Packaging industry: Achieve sales target, maintain customer relationship and find more sales opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 负责市场的建设、维护及业务开展工作,完成目标市场的年度销售目标,执行公司营销策略并对目标市场开拓;
Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the market and business development. Achieve yearly sales for target market, implement the marketing strategy and explore the target market.
2. 负责所辖区域内真空泵及真空系统的销售、推广工作,主动参与并配合公司内部资源,完成订单的签署和执行以及售后跟进,确保设备顺利交付及调试运行,并负责催收应收账款。
Responsible for the sales and promotion of vacuum pumps and vacuum systems in the assigned region, proactively ccoordinate the internal resources to complete the order signing and implementing, follow up the after sales process to ensure the delivery and commissioning for the equipment / system smoothly, and be responsible for the payment collection.
3. 培养、建立和维护客户关系,建立并完善清晰准确的客户档案;
Cultivate, build and maintain relationships with customers; Establish and improve Customer Profile clearly and accurately.
4. 提供市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息;
Provide market trends, demand changes, competitors and customer feedback exact information.
5. 向客户提供产品、技术交流,以及服务和应用咨询服务;
Provide product, technical, services and applications consulting services to customers.
6. 协调公司内部资源,熟悉并关注业务流程,提高客户满意度;
Coordinate the company resource, be familiar with business process to achieve customer satisfaction.
7. 通过销售服务能敏锐地感知客户的潜在需求,并转化为销售机会。
Keenly sense the potential demand by sales services to customers and convert it into the sales opportunities.
8. 部门及公司领导交办的其他事项。
Other related work assigned by department head.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. 具备较强的沟通、协调、谈判能力,客户关系处理能力
Strong communication, coordination, negotiation skills, and customer relationship handling skills
2. 敏锐的市场嗅觉,善于收集有效信息,并发掘潜力客户;
keen market sense and be good at getting effective information and develop potential customers.
3. 具有时间管理和自我管理能力、团队合作和吃苦耐劳精神;
Good time management and self-management ability, team cooperation and hard-working spirit.
4. 良好的学习能力,能在最短的时间内学习熟悉公司各类产品,并能独立完成报价方案;
Good learning ability to familiar with all kinds of company products in the shortest time and can prepare proposals independently.
5. 良好的英语读写能力和良好的技术理解能力 ;
Good command of English in reading and writing, and Good technical understanding.
6. 思路开阔、精力充沛、积极向上。
Be open, dynamic, positive.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 本科学历,机械类相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree, major in chemical, mechanical engineering related.
2. 至少2年国际品牌产品销售经验,有食品机械行业销售经验者优先。
At least 2 years of sales experience of international brand product, sales experience in food machinery is preferred.
Amount of Travel Required: 80% Domestic
