职责描述: 1. Used to its maximum efficiency in meeting payroll requirements and deadlines, applying manual aid only in absolute necessity. 2. To ensure that all payments are accurate, timely and paid in compliance with the different types of Bank's policies and Government Ordinances. 3. To streamline the payroll processes as much as possible so that resources can be maximized for the increased workload, change in legislation and product introduction. 4. To review the operation structure of Payroll Service Centre when the team is mature, and implement changes to achieve maximum operation efficiency and scalability. 5. To enrich all team members' job knowledge and skills by providing on-the-job and course training. 任职要求: 1. University or master degree and good command of read and written English. 2. Minimum 5 years' executive experience in a HR business related role or processing department. 3. Understand the company specific policies and local regulations in each entity as well as the impact to both the payroll and leave functions. 4.
