职责描述:
1. Overseeing/Governance on the daily / weekly / monthly performance of GSC CPC process (e.g. conduct QAQC, annual review cheque procedure, access management control etc.
2. Responsible to handle the relevant Cheque projects led by Business or regular reports relating to Cheque process (e.g. migration project, streamline /automation process exercise, HKMA - Code of Banking Practice Survey review etc.)
3. Supporting to Cheque Projects or ad-hoc initiatives if required (e.g. Migration project, streamline /automation process exercise etc.)
4. Contributes to operational efficiency, productivity improvement and customer experience and manages the ad-hoc process changes as required.
5. Supports the management and mitigation of operational risk by identification, assessment, mitigation and control of operational risk of cheque processes.
任职要求:
1. Experience in banking or financial institutions.
2. Knowledge of data and system analysis.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Experience in managing project and change management skills.
5. Ability to manage timelines and individuals with pressures and make time critical decision.
6. Excellent communicator, resourceful, able to work independently and in a team.
7. Proficient in English spoken.
