职责描述：
1 负责省级、总公司级及以上级别等各类级别的智能自动化焊接研究课题的申报、运营、评审和推广应用。
Responsible for the application, operation, review, promotion and application of intelligent automatic welding research projects at national, provincial, head office and other levels.
2 负责焊接机器人工作站设计，组织开发智能焊接机器人系统，编写焊接工艺、焊接工装夹具方案和质量问题分析报告；负责推广应用智能自动化焊接。
Design of welding robot workstation, development of intelligent welding robot system, preparing welding procedures, welding fixture scheme and quality problems analysis.
3 负责推广应用智能自动化焊接；负责焊接机器人应用工艺设计和技术方案测试验证。
Responsible for Promotion and application of intelligent automatic welding, the application process design of the welding robot and the technical scheme test and verification.
4 负责自动化焊接机器人程序编写；负责自动化焊接产线工艺技术文件、标准和规范的编制、修订和培训；
Responsible for program preparation of automatic welding robot; preparation, revision and training of technical documents, standards and specifications of automatic welding production line process;
5 负责焊接生产工艺流程和布局的设计、优化及产线导入实施；配合支持公司生产线改造、新焊接产线规划建设。
Responsible for production process and layout design, optimization and production line introduction. Supporting production line optimization and new welding production line construction.
6 负责公司智能自动化焊接课题研究和推广应用；负责焊接机器人工作站设计，组织开发智能焊接机器人系统，编写焊接工艺、焊接工装夹具方案和质量问题分析报告；负责推广应用智能自动化焊接；负责焊接生产工艺流程和布局的设计、优化及产线导入实施；配合支持公司生产线改造、新焊接产线规划建设。
Responsible for research and application of intelligent automatic welding project. Design of welding robot workstation, development of intelligent welding robot system, preparing welding procedures, welding fixture scheme and quality problems analysis; Promotion and application of intelligent automatic welding. 任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上
Bachelor degree or above
2、机械、机电一体化或焊接类相关专业。
Mechanical, mechatronics or welding related majors
熟悉智能制造，精通焊接原理、设备、材料和工艺，熟悉焊接制造标准。
Familiar with intelligent manufacturing, proficient in welding principles, equipment, materials and process, familiar with welding manufacturing standards.
3、5年及以上相关工作经验
5 years relevant working experience
