Job Summary and Purpose:
Provide Global HR Operations Leadership and Customers with accurate data and analysis of that data to identify compliance risk, improvement opportunities, defect elimination, and service opportunities for Global HR Operations and businesses of TWDC. This Sr. Analyst, GHRO HRIS will have a natural curiosity to identify and analyze trends to facilitate short- and long-term business decisions and improve performance results. To help achieve this, this individual will need to create and maintain consultative relationships throughout all client organizations and key partner groups. This Sr. Analyst, GHRO HRIS will report to Manager, Org. Management and HRIS.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Job Requirements:
? Have a thorough understanding of all HRIS processes, systems and integrations related to SAP, Workday and Success Factors used across our client support regions, striving to improve their consistency while adapting to legal local nuances, specific business needs and the broader systems landscape which includes region specific databases
? Assess/maintain org management structure and that standardizes and simplifies the in-system footprint, streamlines security roles, and enables clean data, reporting and analytics
? Provide strategic consultation with our clients on business changes and how HR systems/ processes can support the requirements.
? Work with regional HR teams, to help translate business requests into functional requirements to be delivered to the technology teams.
? HRIS ensures HR systems are set up accurately to support time, pay, legal, and tax requirements.
? Troubleshoots production errors and incidents with HR system data and integrations.
? To perform audits, responsible for HR systems and integrations testing, maintains HR systems’ security access, and perform master data changes.
? Provide high quality of routine work, including but not limited to Organization Management, HRIS management, Project implementations and Coordination on the inter-team process workshops/or meetings
? Collaborates actively with HRBP and COE team to achieve ongoing system enhancement projects to improve work efficiency
? Work closely with Global team to support on data integrity, process integration and other important projects or tasks
? Prepare test scripts, training contents, organize and deliver End user trainings
? Participate in system enhancement test and negative test, work closely with global partners on the trouble shootings
? Consult with operational teams to understand, prioritize, and deliver analytics and insights
? Define and track measures in support of Global HR Operations
? Ensure consistent reporting, forecasting, and diagnostic analyses of business issues
? Develop relationships with Global HR Operations leaders and business partners to ensure integration and connection of information
? Exhibit necessary technical understanding and capabilities in HR systems and Microsoft software tools to efficiently extract, analyze, and present data
? Participate in the HRIS or Org. management related projects management, play as important participants or take the role as project manager for identified suitable internal/external projects, be responsible for the end to end flow of project execution
Education:
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Work Experience
? Previous work experience in an HRIS or a similar environment, ideally using SAP, Workday, Success Factors or a similar system
? Proven experience with multifaceted projects
? Experience with leading and influencing global conversations
? Ability to synthesize multiple data inputs to create an actionable story for clients
? Ability to work autonomously, make independent decisions, and react professionally to changing conditions
? Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and leaders to achieve project objectives
? Prioritization of multiple, interdependent projects while monitoring and communicating progress
? Maintain client relationships via strong inter-personal and communication skills
? Independent follow through on all commitments with minimum oversight
? Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
Skills / Specialized Knowledge/Competencies
? 5 Years or above HR systems management experiences
? Proven data analytical experience
? Solid Project management experience on HR system
? Demonstrated ability to work with diverse personalities
? Strong communication skills
? Solid knowledge and on-hand practice about Workday and/or SAP
