Job Purposes:
To support invoice billing, credit monitoring and executing collection, complete tasks assigned by Line Manager.
To possess a customer service mindset that focuses on providing high quality service to external customers as well as internal business partners.
Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations.
Analyse, explain and correct variances.
Prepare journal entries to the general ledger.
Provide input for fact sheet presentations and monthly balance sheet forecasts.
Review/strengthen internal controls, ensure integrity of accounts, and monitor aged and unbilled receivables.
Meet client service standards through timely resolution of internal and external client issues; monitor and ensure accurate and timely invoice and refund processing.
Set up and maintain Customer in SAP.
Finish other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or above degree in Economic, Accounting or Finance.
1 to 2 years of experience in an Accounting/Customer service environment and PRC GAAP is preferred as a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the team and organization.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and work in a flexible team environment.
General analytical skills and ability to identify and resolve issues.
Ability to take initiative, problem-solve and carryout ideas.
Good computer skills including advanced Excel/PPT knowledge, familiar with SAP is preferred.
Solid understanding of internal controls.
Certificate of Accounting Professional is plus.
Fluent in written, spoken, and reading English and Mandarin.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Demonstrated good partnering skills.
