部门介绍:
HSBC is a global international bank, and GTRF is a core component for the bank across various customer segments, including GBM, CMB, and Private Banking. You will enjoy a world of opportunities to develop your careers in a high-profile growing business segment.
GTRF operations in China base in Guangzhou and Foshan. The products involve Import/Export DCs, Collections, Trade Finance, Guarantee, etc. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join us.
工作职责:
1. Manage or lead multiple changes concurrently to transform businesses, facilitate project initiation for cost/benefit analysis;
2. Manage management information and reports for business need, including capacity management, financial data, SLA etc.;
3. Manage migration/remigration and associated hiring process;
4. Seek opportunities to create sustainable cost savings and operational efficiencies;
5. Utilize data to come up with insights for business decisions;
6. Obtain buy-in from senior stakeholders for project plans/project scope/commitments/etc.;
7. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with all concerned workstreams for smooth implementation of projects/initiatives;
8. Ensure adherence to project/programme governance model and use of the Business Transformation Framework.
任职要求:
1. 5 years experience with diverse experience of managing projects of differing complexity with a proven track record of effective and timely completion;
2. Excellent knowledge of the change process and project lifecycle;
3. Established team player with the ability to work with others to meet common time lines;
4. Planning and organizing skills, which includes the ability to prioritize issues and resolve based on business requirement;
5. Ability to communicate effectively with other team members and negotiate/liaise with other departments to aid in smooth implementation of projects;
6. Ability to analyze and interpret data to produce timely and accurate MI;
7. Ability to maintain control, direction and motivation in an ever-changing environment and ability to cope under pressure;
8. Ability to work and influence decision making in matrix based environment;
9. Effective decision making skills and the problem solving ability;
10. Ability to multitask in challenging situations.
