职责描述: 1. The role involves making decisions, planning and control of the team. 2. Abide by the respective operations manuals or any other manuals / guidelines. 3. Obtain delegation limit for secured/unsecured products where applicable. 4. Be proactive to put forward plans and able to prevent potential fraudulent situations. 5. Ensure operational efficiency and monitor workflow. Prepare team capacity planning while fully utilizing the available resources. 6. Identify and resolve queries on a day-today basis and also able to identify problems and recommend improvements. Ensure that the process performance metrics are met. 7. Be able to generate, understand and also interpret MI reports for business partners and GSC management. 8. Responsible in maintaining team culture in which creativity thrives and processes and productivity are continuously improved. 9. Contribute to the development of subordinates with coaching/counseling and monitoring staff competency / multi-skilling. 任职要求: 1. College graduate in commerce / finance / accounting or equivalent. Higher qualification not a bar provided aspirations are commensurate with the position. 2. 2 years or above Banking industry experience. 3. 2 years of experience in team management is preferred. 4. Fluent English/Mandarin/Cantonese in vocal and Good written in English. 5.
