职位描述: - Responding to, and resolving support requests for Services across the organization. - Work closely with end-users to define and resolve software and data issues.- Work closely with internal developer or application vendors to obtain technical solutions. - Executing back-end administrative tasks. - Work with the service desk team Lead to identify and prioritise issues. - Advising the Service Lead of any significant considerations e.g. security risks. - Monitor business applications to pre-empt problems, like performance issue, HW resource usage, service down/on. - Develop and modify SQL queries for reporting and data transfer purposes. - Identify and fix software bugs. - Develop, document, and consistently apply policies, processes and standards. - Create and maintain appropriate technical documentation. 职位要求: · Proven skills in Microsoft VB.Net, VB6, ASP, and HTML. C# or Java skills advantageous. · Ability to write efficient SQL statements. Ability to develop and maintain stored procedures, views, and triggers in both Sybase and SQL Server would be advantageous. · Experience of carrying out administrative data tasks in SQL Server and Sybase. · Understanding of data and system security. · Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. · Strong team-based ethic with experience of cross-functional and virtual teams.
