职责描述:· Keep responsible people informed about customer’s requirements让负责人了解客户的要求· Response customer complaints timely and set up containment as needed及时响应客户投诉并根据需要设置遏制· Conduct preliminary analysis at customer plant在客户工厂进行初步分析· Take the lead in correcting non-conformities from customer audits领导修正客户审核中的不符合项· Warranty disposition with customer与客户的保修安排· Take the lead in promoting plant to improve warranty problems带头推动工厂改善保修问题...任职资格:· Bachelor degree with major in quality engineering/methods本科学历,质量工程等相关专业· Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English优秀的中英文沟通能力· Knowledge of total quality tools (3L5W, APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/PPAP,VDA,6 Sigma..)全面质量工具知识(3L5W、APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/PPAP、VDA、6 Sigma..)· Excellent interpersonal skills优秀的人际交往能力· IATF16949 internal audit certificateIATF16949内审认证
