职位描述:· Daily work of inventory and cost management;· Maintain inventory standard cost and analyses cost variance;· Cost tracking of whole SCM process, hands on cost of production and sales order and related analysis;· Inspect inventory movement, review stock take and inventory ledger reconciliation;· Responsible for cost module, perform monthly closing procedures and related reports;· Communicate and support all inventory and costing issue/project with related parties;· Responsible for accounts reconciliation, research and resolve the discrepancies;· Other projects as assigned, e.g. ERP upgrades, audit preparation, etc.;· Support other team members as necessary.任职资格:· Bachelor degree with Accounting or Finance Management;· Strong analytical, logistic, digital sensitivity, organizational, and communication skills required;· At least 5 years finance experience in MNC, including 3 years Cost Accounting experience;· Familiar with finance ERP and office software using, proficiency in Excel;· Multitask, work independently and accurately within time constraints;· Have Finance project experience is a plus.· Good in Communication, coordination and teamwork;· Logic thinking and fast learner, good capability of pressure management;· Good sense of responsibility, dedication and effort towards the job and company.· Fluent English skill both in oral and writing.
