工作职责：负责参与模块产品部承接的各项目合同招标策略，参与各项目合同的投标报价，负责合同的执行、管理、工作协调、争议解决，合同制度及体系文件执行等管理工作。Responsible for implementing bid strategy for direct contract, participate the preparation of proposal for contract. Responsible for the execution, manage, coordinate, dispute resolve of the contract, and the management of contract regulation and execution of operation system.1 协助编制合同计划，策略Assist to implement contract plan and strategy2 参与项目投标报价Participate the preparation of proposal for new project3 负责开展合同的发标、询价、评标、谈判、签订及合同执行管理工作Responsible for inquiry for bid, bid evaluation, negotiation and contract issuance and execution4 负责审核所签合同是否符合国家法律法规和公司各项管理要求Responsible for the review prior the contract issue for approval to make sure all the contract in compliance with government regulations and company policy5 完成上级领导交办的其它工作Accomplish other works from leaders岗位要求：1. 大学本科Bachelor degree2. 经济管理、贸易及海洋工程及相关专业Business management, trading or Ocean engineering or related3. 具备工程项目管理相关经验；了解国家相关法律法规及公司的相关管理规定；具备一定的谈判知识和技巧Experience in engineering project management; understand the relevant laws and regulations of the state and relevant regulations of the company; Have certain knowledge and skills in negotiation4. 3年以上工作经验3 years human resources management experience5. 掌握合同管理业务要求和工作流程，熟练掌握本专业的相关知识；熟悉公司内部管理程序和体系文件的规定；具有较强的组织协调沟通能力；具有较强英语听说读写能力；熟练使用计算机办公操作。Familiar with procurement management and working procedure, relevant knowledge of procurement.
