Main Responsibility 主要职责:1.Involved in customer complaints and improvement actions. 参与客户投诉和改进行动。2.Participate the new project, raising quality concern and requirement. 参与新项目，质量问题及要求升级。3.Participate ECN process to ensure the requirement to be fulfilled. 参与变更流程确保要求得到满足。4. Enhance quality awareness in plant. 加强公司质量意识。5.Perform daily operation patrol and solve any quality issue. 日常巡逻及时解决现场质量问题。6.Create and conduct line audit, Scrap statistics, monthly quality report preparation. 报废统计，每月质量报表，建立及执行产线审核。7.Reviewing of taken actions with PHP auditors to prove effectiveness. 与PHP内审核员检查采取的行动，以证明其有效性。8.Complete the tasks assigned by leaders. 完成领导布置的任务。Qualification Requirement 上岗条件:1.Bachelor degree or above. 本科及以上。2.Engineering background priority. 工程背景优先。3.Minimum 5 years experience on quality. 至少5年质量相关经验。4.1.Solid knowledge with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA,SPCand 8D etc. 熟悉APQP，PPAP，FMEA，MSA，SPC和8D等。4.2.Proven skills in problem solving techniques. 可证明的解决问题的技巧。4.3.Use of project management techniques. 能利用项目管理手段。4.4.Use of quality improvement tools(8D, 5Why, Fishbone, DOE etc.) 能利用质量改进工具(8D, 5Why, Fishbone, DOE 等）5.1.Basic English reading and writing skills. 基本英语读写能力。5.2.Familiar with MS office software. 熟悉MS办公软件。
