Job description:Keep focus on key customer's business in Air separation segment with sales manager.与销售经理一起关注空分部门大客户的业务。Provide technical and commerical support to the segment distributor.为区域经销商提供技术和业务支持。To understand and analyze customer needs on a technical and scientific level.从技术和科学的角度理解和分析客户的需求。Plan and execute own selling activities in area with sales manager.与销售经理一起计划和执行销售活动。Achieve sales target as assigned.完成分配的销售指标。Use the best sales and marketing arguments to improve mark share in air separation segment.利用***的销售和市场策略来提高空分的市场份额。What we except of you?University degree in Engineering or another technical university degree.大学本科学历,工程或其他相关技术类专业Minimum 1 year experience in sales or marketing in industry product is better.1年以上工业产品销售或市场工作经验者优先。Language: Chinese-excellent; English - advanced.语言: 中文-优秀;英语-高级。Driving license is necessary.驾驶执照是必要的Good technical knowleage background or sales expirence background is better.良好的技术知识背景 或有销售经验者优先。Excellent communication skills (listening, influencing, persuading).良好的沟通技巧(倾听、影响、说服)。Good practice of the Digital tools (CAD, MS Office, Teams, Social network,....)良好的数据工具使用能力(MS Office,Teams,社交网络,....)Good presentation skills.良好的表达能力。Creativity.创造力Strong self-drive.强大的自我驱动力。Willing to travel.愿意出差
