-reporting to singapore hq design department and guangzhou project head for all design related matters including but not limited to the following

-managing the selection, appointment and evaluation of consultants.

-leading the in-house design managers to liaise with both local and overseas design related consultants from due-diligence to project completion.
领导内部设计经理与本地和海外设计顾问保持联系至项目完成。
-provide and validate planning, cost and time assumption during deal sourcing ; deriving planning vision and determining integrated development brief with other departments.
提供和确认采购过程中的计划、成本和时间点；制作设计计划，并确定与其他部门沟通协调。
-preparation of presentation/ reports for hq for to approve project schematic design, design development and other related design matters.
准备总部的报告/报告，以批准项目方案设计、设计开发和其他相关设计事项。
-supervising the team on review of tender drawings, construction/ shop drawings , inspection and approval of site mock-up and material samples submission.

-ensuring site works are executed in accordance to design approved by hq.

-monitor the design management procedure to comply with all related corporate sops and design guidelines.

任职要求：
-master/ bachelor degree in architecture.
建筑学专业硕士/本科学历。
-minimum post-graduate 15 years of experience working in architectural consultant firm/ ldi/ property developers, with at least min 5 years holding senior managerial role in design management.
至少15年在建筑咨询公司/ ldi/房地产开发商工作经验，至少5年在设计管理中担任高级管理角色。
-possess strong design flair and meticulous to details.
具有较强的设计能力，关注细节。
-conversant with planning, design and building regulations of residential and preferably also business parks projects in prc.
熟悉prc住宅及商业园项目的规划、设计和建筑法规。
-proficiency in both english and mandarin.
精通英语和国语。
-well versed in powerpoint is a must, with hands-on skills in photoshop and skectchup an additional advantage.
精通powerpoint，必须具备ps图象处理软件, 熟悉skutchup是优势。
