position： export sales manager
department： sales & marketing
reports to： sales & marketing director
subordinates: 4-5
key job responsibilities
• manage export team to achieve sales and margin target for business growth, deliver operation excellence and good team work within the team.
• identify new potential business opportunities worldwide, design and implement strategic plan for business development & achieving sales budget in line with regional & corporate objectives.
• build & maintain relations with both existing & new customers. provide professional advice & solution to meet customer business needs and satisfaction.
• work pro-actively with other function teams to ensure excellent service level is provided to customers.
• provide regular business reports in terms of sales; marketing & business forecast; budget and analysis. responsible for account receivable collection
desired skills and experience
• university degree in business administration, master degree in international commerce and trade is preferred
• at least 5 years of international trade experience;
• very high level of english and cantonese speaking is a must
• excellent people leadership, in the way every leader should impact others, by influencing in a positive manner and leading successfully teams (leading self and others)
